Refund Policy
- General Policy At YuTurn, we are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience. However, please note that once an order has been placed or a reservation is confirmed, we do not offer refunds.
- Reservations Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation may be subject to a nominal fee. If you do not show up for your reservation, no refund will be issued.
- Order Issues In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect order or experience an issue with your meal, please inform our staff immediately. While we do not offer refunds, we will make every effort to address your concerns and provide a solution such as a replacement or credit towards a future visit.
- Prepaid Events or Services For events or services that require advanced payment, no refunds will be issued once the booking is confirmed. If a cancellation is made within the required timeframe, we will offer a rescheduling option, where applicable.
